Racial Discrimination Suit Filed By Texas Worker

A Black man from Texas is accusing his former employer of discrimination, retaliation, and constructive termination.

According to the complaint filed by Willie Henry Jr. filed on Dec 20, he became the victim of unlawful discrimination, retaliation and constructive termination for reporting discrimination with the EEOC. The suit also states he was severely underpaid.
