Miss Teen USA Turns Out To Be Using Racial Slurs

“I know I’m a comedian n----r,””don’t threaten me I will wrap your house n----r,” and “I don’t have your number, n----.”, Karlie Hay, the newly crowned Miss Teen USA .

It is pitiful to think about the gross disrespect constantly shown to the Black population in America. But now racism has reached even the entertainment arena. One of such ‘atrocities’ led the newly crowned Miss Teen USA to make several racist bound posts on her Twitter account.

The pageant, which was already under public attack for its lack of diversity among the finalists, was struck by another racial scandal. This came to light after the Twitter history of their newly crowned queen where she constantly used the N-word resurfaced.

The celebrity teen, Karlie Hay, had her social media history coming back to haunt her, in the posts made between 2013 and 2014. In these texts, she openly used racist language, which undermines the very existence of the people of color.

The Miss Universe Organization tried to distance itself from the controversy and argued that the youngster was in her learning process and went on to issue a statement which reads, “The language Karlie Hay used is unacceptable at any age and in no way reflects the values of The Miss Universe Organization. As Karlie stated, she was in a different place in her life and made a serious mistake she regrets and for which she sincerely apologizes.”

After this, Karlie Hay came out with her own version of apology where she said, “I admit that I have used language publicly in the past which I am not proud of and that there is no excuse for,” she further blamed her racist language on “personal struggles,” and said she’s become a “better person” through education.

Notwithstanding the rendered apologies, we state emphatically that if racists are awarded, then it’s an indirect way of promoting racism. Miss Teen USA is a model for many other young girls, who may consider themselves right in their bias after reading her Twitter. These tweets were revealed at the moment, which turns them from unintentional foolishness into a specially-considered provocation.
