They Must Never Forget “Ramarley Graham” Name!


February 2, 2016 marks 4 years sense the murder of Ramarley Graham. Join Ramarley Graham father, friends and community in front of the 47 precinct for a vigil/rally/protest/march. We are not going to let the 47 precinct forget that they are also responsible for the murder of Ramarley Graham.

On February 2, 2012 police officer Richard Haste followed 18-year-old Ramarley Graham to his home, broke down his door and murder him in the bathroom while his grandmother and 6-year-old brother watched.

On June 12,2012 police officer Richard Haste was indicted on two coundts of manslaughter, but on May 15, 2012 Supreme Court Justice Steven L. Barrett dismissed the charges saying the ADA on the case-Nancy Borko- had made a mistake when instructing the jurors. On August 7, 2013 a second grand jury failed to re-indict Richard Haste. On September 17, 2014 Constance Malcolm and Frank Graham parents of Ramarley Graham met with U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara who promised to look into the murder of Ramarley Graham. Now 2016 the family Ramarley Graham continues to wait for justice.
