RAIN OR SHINE – We will begin marching SHORTLY AFTER 1pm, please make plans to get there early to get acquainted with one another! This is very much collaborative, as much as it is peaceful.
Please join us for a peaceful march, starting at our meeting point Daley Plaza (near the Picasso sculpture). Shortly after 1pm, we will march around the loop, and end back at Daley Plaza for a few speeches and performances from a selection of artists in the Chicago Community.
We recommend wearing black attire, bringing flowers in remembrance of the victims taken by law enforcement, handmade posters, and extra layers for rain and the chilly fall weather (it may rain in the afternoon).
