Are you looking for a group of women who can relate to your struggle? Would you like to increase your support network? Are you interested in learning ways to handle stressful situations? Are there days where you feel overwhelmed, sad, or anxious? If you have answered yes to any of these questions this is the group for you.
The group will focus on:
Creating a support group of women who can relate to you
Building a stronger knowledge base of community resources
Increase your parenting and boundary setting skills
Learn skills to help decrease your anxiety and depression
Getting superwoman the help she needs
Attending a group means you want to make an investment in yourself. When you feel better it changes how you deal with stress and life in general. The groups are held the first and third Friday of every month from 7pm to 8pm. The group will run biweekly for two months. The ticket amount is for four groups.
