Protecting Black Kids From Police Brutality

The TALK is never easy but it's our duty to protect Black kids from any threat including this.

Talking to Black kids about police is a hard task, there are lots of articles and studies on this topic but still no absolute answer. This conversation is so difficult that mother, former social worker and a Nashville, Tennessee, native Sanya Gragg decided to help fellow parents navigate it with her recently released book Momma, Did You Hear The News? You may find the movies below both amusing and useful.

Talking about race to a teenager is even harder. You want to teach them to stand their ground and be proud of their race but sometimes they’ll have to retreat for their own safety. There are short films you can show your, children,  but whatever method you chose, please don’t avoid this talk or the consequences can be irreversible.
