Cop Responsible For The Death Of Philando Castile Reinstated Into The Service

While investigations are still ongoing, the killer cop who was on paid vacation has been allowed back to work.

Crimes perpetrated by police officers have become very common. They break rules every day to do their jobs; from manipulating evidence to framing-up suspects. There has been a lot of malpractice suits filed against numerous police departments but sadly, most of them never see the light of day.

Not only are officers reluctantly prosecuted, it is almost impossible to find a judge to pass the guilty judgment, and that is only for the very small number of cases that make it to court.

In the recent strings of police shootings, which in most cases involves an officer opening fire on an unarmed black person, a lot of times the officers walk away unscathed by the law. It is looking like that will be the case with Officer Jeronimo Yanez.

Officer Jeronimo Yanez pulled Castile over for a busted taillight. That was what was in his initial statement; however, subsequent reports say he pulled them over because Castile matched the description of a wanted armed robber. Castile was shot four times and his girlfriend who was in the car with him started recording and narrating the aftermath of the shooting.

Officer Yanez can be clearly seen panicking in the video, a side effect of inexperience we assume. It was so apparent that he could not function effectively under pressure, and his shortcomings led to the death of another Black man.

This same man has been allowed back into the police force, while investigations into the shooting are still in progress. This is disrespectful to the family of Philando Castile and to everyone who respects the law and pursues it vehemently. Officer Yanez represents a very clear danger to the public, as there is no guarantee that his inexperience and lack of the mental fortitude it takes to be a cop will not soon rob another man of his life. We demand that at the very least he be fired and not allowed to work with law enforcement again.
